To date, there were no suitable academic educational opportunities that would specialize in the problems and needs in the border area of the Austrian and Slovenian Carinthia and which, in addition to technical and methodological competencies include knowledge of linguistic and cultural characteristics of the participating countries.

The project aims to design and implement a cross-border inter-regional cooperative management course. Course aims to provide further education in management of cross-border cooperation projects in area of innovation, market development and eBusiness.
